If you could wipe one song from existence...

Recommended Posts

...what would it be?

This song not only would not exist in future, but it would never have existed in the first place. Thus making the world (or at least, your world) a better place.

I'll start with Come On Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Runners. Appalling.

You have no idea how much I hate that song. I genuinely going to say the same when I read the thread title.

Were you afraid, David?

Were you petrified?

Did you ever figure out how to get along without me by your side?

I completely understand that you've probably spent many nights just wondering how to get along...

But you've grown strong, and you've learned how to get along

And, lo and behold, now you're back

From outer space

I've thoroughly missed that glaikit fkn look upon your face

etc

Hiya neebs, alright?

Just about any ''song'' by William Shatner, of Captain James T Kirk and T J Hooker fame.

I only ever heard one and it was truly awful. I just googled him to get the song's name, only to find that he's ''covered'', or accurately murdered, dozens of good songs.

Its err, singing, but not as we know it. 🤔
