Morton v Pars

What are you basing this on? For the record they had a game called off last month for a water logged pitch.

Just the flimsiest of pretexts, Kaiser. It's generally accepted that the area between Greenock and Fort William receives the highest levels of rainfall in Scotland, yet Morton rarely have games postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Cappielow used to have the reputation of being a mud bath, but in the last couple of decades it has turned that around. I heard it discussed recently on a podcast and have read about also. I remember looking down on it from the train on the way to the league winning game and was amazed at the nick it was in for the final game.

For the last decade Cappielow had a reputation for being one of the best maintained pitches in Scotland, it’s all fallen to **** in the last two seasons with major drainage issues and multiple postponements.

Ok, thanks for the correction. I suppose that makes sense given the turbulence at the club over the last few years.

Well, it looks like the game is on.

Is it differently coloured scuba gear for the two teams?
