I can’t get my head around this. Why is it acceptable for him to play for Clyde yet even the FM was commenting on him playing for the rovers. He should be no where near any football club in my opinion and that hasn’t changed since he signed for Clyde initially.

Just left ICT by mutual consent. Could he be East End bound.

    New Manager

It needs to be a proven manager at this level. I don’t think the board will risk taking a manger from a league below. Robertson or McCall would be managers that could steady the ship and get the best out of the squad we have.

    Board statement

A terrible statement that will only enrage more fans. If ever there was a time it became clear we are no longer a community club it is now. Lifeline standing order has been cancelled.

    Stay of execution.

Kai Kennedy in the courier this morning saying the players are behind the manager. Dunfermline not only claimed a point against Inverness, they proved a point. That’s the view of winger Kai Kennedy, who is adamant their gutsy stalemate on Saturday illustrated that the Pars are a squad united — and fully behind embattled boss Peter Grant. The on-loan Rangers ace lamented the Fifers failure to secure a precious victory against the Caley Jags, with Craig Wighton and, in particular, Nikolay Todorov missing superb opportunities. Vytas Gaspuitis also flashed a first-half header narrowly wide of the post. Nevertheless, Kennedy is right to be optimistic. Dunfermline got back to basics to keep their first clean sheet of the campaign. They were ferocious in 50/50s, organised and pressed tirelessly. It does not magically cure the ills of a miserable season to date. For the Pars to be bottom of the league after five matches, with the talent they possess, is unacceptable. But this was a start; signs of life. “You could see that the group are all behind each other and behind the manager,” said Kennedy. The last couple of weeks have been tough — but Saturday showed what we can do and what we are trying to build. “There is a lot we can take into the Hamilton match. “As a team, you need to stick together and show what type of group you are — and you could see against Inverness that we had trained hard all week. “We had the better chances of the two teams and on another day we would have been one or two up.”

Gavin Reilly signs on loan to Morton for the rest of the season. Here was me thinking they needed a striker 😊

Any insight into why only a 12 month contract? Seems to not fit in with the model we are following of signing young talent for developing and selling on.

You are too hashy, mine has lasted 3 seasons 😊 hopefully we get a mobile app soon as it will be more convenient for PATG too.

Picked mine up earlier. Was surprised to see the season printed on the back, meaning a new card every year. In a time when we are trying to cut down on plastic waste I would have thought only renewing if card was damaged or lost would have been a better option. Hopefully the ticketing company will bring out a mobile app that allows for a digital season tickets in the future.
